After six years of inactivity on the building site, new life is now being breathed into the sky-scraper skeleton in Würzburg (original planning: Architekturbüro Planwerk Stefan Buttler). The 18-storey, lenticular building is a landmark that definitively shapes the city’s appearance and is now being used for the purpose for which it had originally been planned. A 3-star hotel belonging to the GHOTEL group with 204 rooms and suites, conference rooms, restaurant and separate fitness area opened in November 2012.
