Close to the center of Wolfsburg, the residential quarter “Steimker Gärten” is being built.
Part of the quarter is the Steimker Quartet. Four multi-family houses with condominiums are planned here. They look compact and still experience playful relaxation and a degree of lightness through the change of clinker and light plaster on the facades and balconies and the recessed loggias. By turning the individual buildings, the buildings in their entirety form a harmonious and exciting togetherness. Three full floors are being built with a staggered floor and a common underground car park. The project is located within the Steimker Gardens attractive on the central green axis.
