In the city center of Dresden, a residential neighborhood combined with retail spaces is being build .

The 6-7- storey development PRAGUE CARRÉE includes around 17.400qm of living space and approximately 5.800qm retail and commercial space. A green courtyard makes the PRAGUE CARRÉE to a central and urban district with a high quality of life. The planning includes apartments with 1-5 rooms and therefore appeals to a wide range of users.

The project was completed in summer 2016.
