A 7 to 8 storey residential building with retail units on the ground floor has been constructed in the heart of Dresden, in the direct vicinity of the old town.

The project was preceded by a façade competition. The MPP winner’s design is distinguished by a slightly curved façade of a block perimeter building, that is divided into six components through recesses and makes reference to proportions that can also be found again in the historical environment.
