”North freight train station“ of the city of Freiburg is the brand name of a modern working and living quarter. At this attractive location, close to the centre to the north of the old town of Freiburg, a super 8 hotel with a total of 205 rooms and 51 parking spaces is being built. The planned 80m long building block along the Isfahanallee corresponds to the Freiburg efficiency house standard 70 and will be given a flexibly structured WDVS façade with projections and recesses.
