Located next to the historic Altmarkt a residential and commercial building with 213 apartments is in planning process. In the pedestrian zone retail spaces will be provided on ground floor level.

The urban planning concept requests a city block development. In addition to the commissioned project planning MPP won the facade design competition which has been demanded by the city of Dresden.
